Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Free from odor, stains, or damage

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items worn or used

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Customized or printed blanks

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, initiate a return first and place a new order once the refund is confirmed.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs for verification. Replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.

6. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was sent. We recommend using a trackable delivery service.
